     02:48 Comment log 72.178.234.58 talk replied to a comment on the article The Robe of Mr Cards(I went over the list of actions and I think something like 90% of the robe's uses have no gameplay effects. Even then most of the effects are really minor, like being able to properly drink a Curatorial Cocktail, or not needing Constant Cufflinks to win Spite Dr. Blemmigan (although now those are BIS Shadowy so whatever). The only important use that I can see offhand is Demand a delivery.)
