Even then most of the effects are really minor, like being able to properly drink a Curatorial Cocktail, or not needing Constant Cufflinks to win Spite Dr. Blemmigan (although now those are BIS Shadowy so whatever). The only important use that I can see offhand is Demand a delivery.) | ||||
