Still relevant before you get to that point, but not as universally useful. Could possibly use a buff, or a way to disable the card.)

As for Romantic Notions, players with base Persuasive too low can upconvert Honey profitably. Unfortunately Honey isn't very accessible either, but at 170 *modified* Persuasive using the Freeloading Artist from your lab will allow a usable >12 RN/action. That caps out at 21 RN/action for 292 Modified though, so Mrs. Chapmans is superior outside a small window of good items and...)
