Game Instructions: The more Amalgamy your Skeleton already possesses, the easier to make a Skull in Coral look natural. Succeeding will add two points of Amalgamy; failure will add one.

Unlocked with Skeleton: Skulls Needed, 1 x Skull in Coral, 1 x Knob of Scintillack


Challenge information

Narrow, Shapeling Arts 7 (50% base)

  • 3 and below - almost impossible (10%)
  • 4 - high-risk (20%)
  • 5 - high-risk (30%)
  • 6 - tough (40%)
  • 7 - very chancy (50%)
  • 8 - chancy (60%)
  • 9 - modest (70%)
  • 10 - very modest (80%)
  • 11 - low-risk (90%)
  • 12 and above - straightforward (100%)

Each point of Skeleton: Amalgamy reduces the base difficulty by 5 points.

Success

Stretching and extension

A coral skull looks best on a creature of amalgamy and variation. Careful wiring of the spine evokes the Zee. Flecks of scintillack elsewhere on the skeleton suggest a drownie whose bones have been colonised.

Failure

A creature of unusual origins

The effect is slightly surprising. You may have to claim you found it at the bottom of the Zee.
