There's no time to stand on ceremony; it's imperative they be found quickly.

Game Instructions: This will offer some hints on the locations of the Masters you have not yet found. If you wish to play hide-and-seek without hints, avoid this branch!

Success Instructions: Mr Dinners' nine compatriots have hidden themselves across Fallen London – some in predictable places, and other in more eccentric spots. All nine are not necessarily findable by all players.

This rogue law will resolve once enough players have found enough of the errant Masters of the Bazaar. [see below]
