Range on Rumours?

The card doesn't always give the Rumour, but I can confirm that it still does it at least sometimes as of Jan 23. I'd assume it's a 0-1 range, but it requires more testing. I think all other 0-1 ranges in FL are a 50-50 split, but FBG can do weighted results, too, so the odds require larger sample size.
