TW gain on failure

it was enough to make me go from Level 4 to Level 6 +1CP
unsure of how many CP of TW I had beforehand (which is INFURIATING), but this puts the gain on failure in a range from +8CP - +12CP
of course that doesn't help much considering those two values in particular seem to be very common in zailing failures
