Waswood and Affiliations

After playing through the memory of the Exhibition in the Waswood, it seems that this is entirely unavailable, similar to A Preserver of London. I wonder if every Estival memory will have at least one that's entirely unavailable? Makes me a little sad that I missed the Grand Clearing-Out, but it's still an interesting thing they'll be doing. It seems that, rather than having that affiliation, there's another one entirely (that's also much worse stat-wise but reasonable cool storywise) that'll basically act as its replacement.
