In the rare success for upconverting Partial Maps, Speak with your consulting cartographer he says, very clearly "...everything I've ever told you was a lie. Except this." He then goes on to talk about the relation between the Masters and the Bazaar. Hell like Garak said even the lies have grains of truth. The normal success is talking about the Elder continent and its luminosity, the bit about foxes is obviously just speculation derived from the fact that normal candles are called foxfire candles. The Rare Success is obviously talking about a Stormy-Eyed Zailor, what happened to him obviously matches up with what we know about Storm and the thunder dreams....)

It can only be used once, as per all access codes. So, once you get to THE KING OF WAYS, take this option repeatedly... That's 250 echoes per 20 actions. Just spam that for as long as you can bother with it, then turn back and use the access code right before you get sent to your nightmares. This would work, right? Anybody...)
