Balmoral is the fourth station of the Great Hellbound Railway that you will build/have built. This place is not a part of London--in fact, it is of the Scottish territory--but had been dragged to the Neath as well due to its Empress's estate nature. Here, you may visit Crathie and the Balmoral Castle, wander Into the Moonlit Woods, become A Master Smuggler, visit The Clay Highwayman's Camp, and Work in your Cabinet Noir. You may also slip through the mirror to go back to your Parabolan Base-camp if you wish, and vice versa.
First Things First[edit]
The first storylet you will encounter in Balmoral is The Flower of the Neath which welcomes you to Scotland. Later, you will be invited to Balmoral: The Veteran Privy Counsellor Sends His Regards. After having dinner, you will hear a proposal and meet the Unyielding Highlander. You may appoint him the Balmoral's Castellan if you wish. Or should you wish to consider some other options...
Crathie[edit]
Can be accessed after playing The Flower of the Neath but unlocking most of its options requires playing Balmoral: The Veteran Privy Counsellor Sends His Regards.
