Though I've yet to go there, I'm aware of Nightmares 8 sending you to the Mirror Marches via the Menaces Guide.

However, I fail to see the link between that and what the Cat and Mouse Guides says above about the Mirror Marches. From the Guide, I was figuring that a confrontation with the Medium ended up with you in the MM and you had to escape or you had to follow her there or something.

From what you said, I can only surmise that you have to:

1) Take on the Deranged Medium mission.

2) Do something somewhere else to get your NIghtmares up to 8 when Mouse hits 6 so you get sent to the Marches. 3) Do stuff in the Mirror Marches to increase Cat. 4) Escape the Mirror Marches by reducing Nightmares to zero. 5) Conclude the Medium mission.

This seems... convoluted and not at all hinted at in the Cat and Mouse Guide above.

I'd be happy to edit the guide to elabourate, but right now I remain uncertain as to what to elabourate it to.
