Deranged Medium -- Mirror Marches?

Just tried Deranged Medium for the first time. The Guide worked well enough for the Aunt, but for the Medium, nothing about the Mirror Marches appeared.

I gambled successfully once, failed once, then spend 2x50 Whispered Hints. At that point, the Guide says "Luck Check in the Mirror Marches", but all that came up was the same option as with the Aunt: spend an Identity Uncovered. I did that 3 times, failed the final gamble, and wound up with 48 Cat, failing the game. I got 4 Memories of Light as a (poor) consolation.

Apparently [Look at the ivory frame] has more restrictions on it than just "Mouse: So Little Time 3-6" and "Playing Cat and Mouse with an Evasive Target exactly 6".

Is something more required to get into the Mirror Marches? I'm not a POSI and I currently have Nightmares at 2 with 1CP additional (i.e. 4CP total).
