Game Instructions: Each of these purchases unlocks two new cards for your city opportunity deck: one standard frequency card and one frequent card, focused on a different facet of life in the new city and testing two particular Advanced Skills. They may be useful to players looking to enhance the value of their play of the city deck, as well as those interested in particular subject matter.
Once purchased, these cards can be turned on and off as you like, so that you can change up the play of your deck. These purchases will not be lost if you reset the story of your city.
