Success Instructions: Visit nations and factions across the Neath to petition them for their aid against the Starved Men of the Roof. Gathering support will raise the upper cap on the 'Disposition of the Fleet', which will strengthen London in the trials to come. There are six possible allies in total.

Back here in Station IX, raise the 'Disposition of the Fleet' by contributing time or resources. Events will progress once London's airfleet is powerful enough to make its move.
