I've seen this when testing the changes anonymously. You can try reloading the page (CRTL+F5). If that doesn't help, let me know which page specifically so I can manually start a page-rebuilt.
This'll probably sort itself out over the next few hours (or days?) depending how often wikia auto-builds pages...
