(85*125/130 + 4*12.5 + 4*2.5 + 5*0.1)/(ExploitsCost + 2 + ZailingActions), where ExploitsCost is your cost in Exploits (25-32), ZailingActions is the amount of actions required to zail to and from Khanate divided by the amount of Atlases you cash out per trip.

EPA here depends very heavily on ZailingActions, so this only has a better EPA than directly selling the Atlases if ZailingActions is 3 or fewer (you sell at least four Atlases with each trip to the Khanate)
