I have to say, I thought that this storylet wouldn't be available for nearly as long as it has been. In relation to railway completion, I mean. This is described as being available to players "whose railways are not yet very advanced," but in reality it stays available all the way until your railway is completed at Marigold. I thought it'd stop being available after the first 3-4 stations.
