Locked with Duelling with the Black Ribbon 2

Seems I messed something up as I am stuck with Duelling with the Black Ribbon 2 while my A Name Scrawled in Blood is already 7. I am trying to get A Bringer of Death points but I am struggling with it. Does that mean that my only option is to get A Bringer of Death from An Agent of the Cheesemonger storyline?
