Master Thief cp increase

In addition to changed rewards, *every* heist I tried gave exactly one more CP of Master Thief than advertised. Specifically: Rob an outlying depository -- 3 cp, Rob the Main Archive -- 4 cp, Gleams in the Darkness -- 6cp, Rob the Brass Embassy -- 8 cp.
This should be enough to conclude that the Master-thief gain has been increased by 1 cp across the board.
