Donating at 270 Offering Riches (that is, it went up to 280 in the same action), I got 9 tribute, and 9 again up to 310. From 320 to 360, I got 8 tribute. At 370, I got 7 tribute and at that point I maxed out tribute so I'll have to try more later.
