In more tangible discussion, this appears to be some parabolan or otherwise imaginary version of a tattooist. She seems like there's some backstory, and maybe a FL lore expert could tell me who she's meant to be, but I have no idea. Or maybe it's just our damaged, scarred, insane mind making up things.
