In Mithridacy it's matched by an item from last year's Estival (which I have), in Persuasive it's matched by two different Estival items (both of which I have), and in Nightmares Reduction... well, like you said, it's almost meaningless, as they all have been since the menace reductions were nerfed into the ground.

It really sucks to have such an evocative and meaningful item be entirely superfluous to me from minute one.
