the bazaar is generally referred to as the gender the one speaking is (more) attracted to, i thought. just because that's usually the opposite gender for the majority of the population, doesnt mean necessarily that the bazaar is the "opposite" gender of the player, especially since the writers have treated gender of the player with the classic line "people walk this city with the faces of squid" for aaaaaaages. i am curious as to any canon trans characters; i feel like i remember there were definitely *some*, but i cant recall which ones they were
