This would be somewhat reduced by the action cost from having to travel between the Midnight Moon and London, although not by nearly as much as the Orphan-Tiger carousel and there is no cap on how much you can accumulate from this before cashing out as with tribute grinds. This EPA may very well increase as more ways of converting Stuivers to Echoes become available throughout Firmament, up to a hard cap of 4.84 EPA.
