I just came across the dream that raises the quality to 3, (I don't remember what raised it to 2) and is among the last leads for Mr. Huffam. There's been at least one mention of it in a reddit comment, but I can't find anything about it on this wiki, so I'm mentioning it myself. I don't have enough wiki skills to add all the necessary information myself, but the story page that raises the quality is headlined "A way in."
