It's not really good from scrap perspective. You seem to get 5.5 scrap on average. By getting just 3 favours and cashing them In Flint, you will get 25 scrap, so 6.25 per action or what is more important 8.(3) per Urchin card.

On pennies you gain on average or are very close, but I doubt that would be the tipping point. However, story wise I enjoyed the Tosher and will probably personally pay ;)
