Page of Lures also works pretty well with Queen of Loins as support, I've found, as long as you build a sizable margin of Progress before Tolerance kicks in AND build a good pace between Progress and expendable Poisonous Preparations though the rest of the round (something I learned the hard way). It's never an epic win, but a win by the skin of your teeth is still a win.
