Yeah sure but this guy is very open about how much he lies! In the rare success for upconverting Partial Maps, <a href="/wiki/Speak_with_your_consulting_cartographer" title="Speak with your consulting cartographer">Speak with your consulting cartographer</a> he says, very clearly "...everything I've ever told you was a lie. Except this." He then goes on to talk about the relation between the Masters and the Bazaar. Maybe there are some little tiny grains of truth in his lies, but he is never anything but open about how he is not to be trusted and should not be relied upon as a reliable source of information.
