Challenge rating wrong?

I am currently looking at these checks cause I want the artist for my lab.
At 5 Fascinating the chances are 70% for Drop Hints and 30% for Turn up Shivering. I would be very glad if someone who knows how to edit these pages could fix this cause I am baby and do not know how to.
