once youve hit max level in stats Heart's Game becomes a really good place to level as long as you get one or two accomplices who train stats you want, especially since the payout is the same regardless of if you win or lose. i definitely keep an eye on that if i have a stat that's slightly lagging behind due to being repeatedly hammered by the Nadir and doesn't get used as much over the course of a few weeks.

the 150-200 levels are still the biggest slog tho, but i bet overzee locations help with that a bit now. i do wish there were more things like Shadowy has where it gets heists and storylets you can spend resources on that directly boost its CP a bunch.
