In Balmoral, no statue may depict a living person outside the Royal Family. The solution, plainly, is to place yourself inside the Royal Family – though, for preference, only just inside.

Game Instructions: Unlike statues at other stations, a statue at Balmoral will provide no opportunities in itself. The project should be undertaken only if it would please you to have a statue of yourself in Balmoral.
