WIP edits: newspaper strategy guide

Analysis

The newspaper is an activity with multiple different rewards to pursue and multiple diffrent methods to acquiring the Whirring Contraptions that are necessary to start it.

This analysis will focus on publishing A gossipy and tantalising edition, being the option with the highest EPA when succeeding every check and the option that pays out the most Journals of Infamy, which will be relevant when involving The Rat Market (Guide). The sources of whirring contraptions to be considered are Searching out a Missing Woman (Guide), Hearts' Game (Guide) and Zee Dreams with the Shattered Mask.
