Clay Tailor is neither a shop nor a public house. It is a club, one of whose founders was an Ambitious Scarf. Invitations are always extended to a person in tandem with one of their items of clothing. 'M. Smith and her Infuriated Hat,' for instance. You may pursue the chance to join the Club in the Bazaar Side-streets.
