Like most content associated with Ambition: Enigma, Alexis Kennedy breaks the fourth wall here. This time his subject is A Conversation with Millicent, stating she "was a substantial experiment – I wanted something more like an actual NPC conversation, and some recent upgrades to the engine make that a little more feasible. She is also, intentionally, a banquet of content that gives very little in the way of monetary reward. I don't think she's a particularly successful character, because she serves as such a conduit for information and the opinion-poll question is so blatant."
