Regarding buy/sell currency:
This is my mistake - for some reasons I though that all items are bought on the Upper River with Scrip and only a few are sold with Echoes.
I've now added a parameter "Upper Buy Currency, just to be flexible (in case there are some items that can be bought for Scrip and sold for echoes or vice versa).
