I might indeed add a general "Currency" parameter, which can be overridden if needed by "Sell Currency" and/or "Buy Currency".
BTW - this might be useful even for the regular Bazaar, and not just for the Upper River Exchange, as some items already sell at the Bazaar for items other than Echoes.
Regarding "tracking only sell able items", can you please clarify exactly what you had in mind? Do you mean items that can be sold and not bought? Or items which can be sold only on the Upper River Exchange and not at the Bazaar? Or something else?
