Well they're certainly longer... aside from the rare unusual event, and the lore at the end, the result is not significantly different.
Doing some calculation sounds useful. Maybe the Expedition category would be a good place to write it up? I've had some good results just doing Seeking Curios, only starting an expedition once my Airs is sitting at 95+ - meaning I can immediately draw A sign and get some free progress. But I've already used up half my Whispered Secrets on Supplies...
