you might want to check out the Items (Guide) which solves a lot of your issues concerning conversions. also, there is an Item Grinding (Guide) in the making listing effective grinds. the items have two categories, sources and uses. one lists all actions that give, the other one lists actions that require the item. between these four things you should be golden. just keep the basic rule in mind. dont sell anything that you dont know of where to get again.

apart from that, have fun on your journey and maybe record some missing info for the wiki. just check for the action you want to do on the wiki and see if theres anything missing on that page. if you use firefox you can add the flwiki search to the search bar, mark text (like action names), right click on it, and select that search from the context menu. this makes checking the wiki very fast. also, read this. it makes finding out an actions results way easier.
