I'm awful at references, so I'm not sure I'd be too good at spotting them myself.
Perhaps have it like the Magazine Formerly known as London Magazine (Surface Version) where articles are released independantly instead of in a newspaper, and they're tailored more or less so that surface people can understand it? (Obviously, articles will be different based on the authors, themes and whatever, which probably could get us some variety as a wiki?)
I see it like a section where we can add articles if we want, as an easter egg to the reader, that isn't necessarily 100% true, but has something to do with FL either way.
