Category talk:Enthralling
Was this special quality for certain items created for the purpose of one of the Exceptional Stories, specifically the one for February 2016?
If this is so, I believe that there should be a statement added to the category page so as to enlighten this. I don't think that this would be too much of a spoiler, and it would go a long way to stave off bewilderment over item descriptions that doesn't seem to make sense for people who had mainly gone around with the free content.

I don't believe it was created exclusively for the Exceptional Stories, but so far that seems to be the only place Enthralling or the similar Intoxicating have appeared. It seems like it should be perfectly permissible to include a note that things like this (do we even know what to call this mechanic?) have thus far only been used in Fate-locked content.
(in fact, it often seems to me that quite a lot of categories could do with a short note describing just what the category is, but, as I don't recall ever seeing it done, it's possible I'm alone in that, or that there's some Very Good Reason™ not to)

So long as the information is public, I see no harm in it. If the information is fate-locked, link to a thread where the information came from. That should be relatively alright. The main qualm with Fate content is posting it, word for word, which is why the Fifth City wikia was deemed acceptable (IIRC anyways).
