Spite Regular Storylets Missing Information?

I'm new to the game and am at the point where I must choose the area to begin. I've noticed that the Spite page's Regular Storylets section does not have a table like the other Early Game pages. Is this because Spite's story items do not "pay out" in the same way as the other areas? Or is it because it just has not yet been contributed?

I don't want to duplicate effort(s) if someone else is already in-process on this. I'm happy to play through Spite and contribute to the Spite page to make it look like the others.

Spite is not special that way. The three awesome location tables you mention were contributed not long ago, so it seems likely that User:Kelenius simply did not get to building the fourth yet. The data that would be required, however, is present on the wiki – hidden behind all the linked storylet and action pages, requiring hundreds of clicks to grasp the same information presented nicely by the overview.

And by all means … don't make your gameplay decisions depending on what the wiki might need :) There's a lot to discover, and a lot to contribute to the early-game wiki pages especially (as this is content most editors haven't seen in a while) without ever doing that!

I'll take a look at crafting the Spite overview table later today (in about 10 hours from now) if nobody beats me to it. My other tasks don't need to be finished until Sacksmas as we found out, so they should be able to take the priority hit :-)

A preliminary version is available at Spite now. (It's missing more details about the Pickpocket's promenade and Area-diving, for instance.) Hope this helps still.
