I think the rat is new, and is associated with the tutorial for new players?

Additionally, when it redirects to "A Blemiggan at Beatrice's", the option "Purchase the Blemmigan a full cream tea" no longer shows up. Instead, the option "Regale the Blemmigan with tales of your adventures" appears.

It requires either Making Your Name: Watchful or Making Your Name: Dangerous to be at some level to unlock. I'm not sure what exact level it requires. I'm currently at 2 for both and that's not enough to unlock.

Edit: A Name in Seven Secret Alphabets 4 is still not enough to unlock.

A Name Scrawled in Blood 2 and A Name in Seven Secret Alphabets 6 was enough to unlock. I forgot to check earlier if Alphabets 5 was good enough.
