Reset all dream states @ carnival

I just got all my "Having Recurring Dreams" levels reset to 0:
I went to the Mirror Marches at the Carnival. There I decreased nightmares via cards. I then went through the next mirror to the hotel. The talked to the guests and failing the nightmare challenge.
