Not retired but revamped

I've been getting this card throughout The Season of Irreverences (in Nov '23). It's not retired, but much improved.
The Progress and Elusiveness gains have been changed to a wide random range. For Example, in one game, the elusiveness of the target went from zero to 8 in one click. (That was pretty awesome, actually.) In other games, Progress gains shot to 8 in just a few cards. On average it gives me 10-15 change points of Progress and 4-8 Elusiveness.
