Limit for pyramidal growth

I think this part that's present on the beginner's guide page is missing from this one:

> For main Attributes, once you reach level 70, every level thereafter also requires 70 CP. For other attributes and qualities, such as Menaces, Dreams, and Renown, this cap is 50 and successive levels require 50 CP.

As it it now, this page makes it errorneously look like only the highway stats have this cap, and other qualities don't (easily disproven ingame - I just got a few points of approaching the gates, and mousing over the icon on the left says "47 change points, 3 more needed to reach level 1,336.")
