Neathproofed issue

Edit: Lua error no longer displaying, but this item (and almost all others) still does not show up on Neathproofed Items list - only one displaying at present is Honed Ushanka for some reason.

The Neathproofed effect seems to be broken right now - most if not all of the Items that have Neathproofed give the "Lua error in Module:ItemEffects at line 249: attempt to compare number with nil." message when trying to display the effects. There are also only 2 Items currently displaying on the Neathproofed Items page (this one is not there, for example, but confirmed it still gives Neathproofed in the game just now). I did look at the ItemEffects module, but the exact source of the error is far beyond my Lua knowledge, and didn't (as far as I could tell) seem to come directly from any recent edits either.
