I hope he gets an upgrade next Feast

For that matter, I think all the Foreign Office spouses should get an upgrade! They’ve remained mediocre for over a decade now, while new spouses (spice?) like the Missionary and the Firebrand get upgrades left and right! It would also tempt people towards buying Mysteries of the Foreign Office, which in my opinion has some of the best writing in the game, but likely gets neglected by many due to the subpar mechanical rewards provided.
