I've had most likely 2 sus given I've recently done a master burglary and the 3 sus option was greyed out. Got this card, 70% success rate +8 cp doesn't sound that bad to use a second chance and straight to jail. Unless I somehow missed getting to 5.5 suspicion there's something wrong with this entry.
