I went over the list of actions and I think something like 90% of the robe's uses have no gameplay effects. Even then most of the effects are really minor, like being able to properly drink a Curatorial Cocktail, or not needing Constant Cufflinks to win Spite Dr. Blemmigan (although now those are BIS Shadowy so whatever). The only important use that I can see offhand is <a href="/wiki/Demand_a_delivery" title="Demand a delivery">Demand a delivery</a>.
