This is not sustainable, and it is objectively worse than Contract: a Worryingly Large Rat. Even if you can afford, at the moment, to raise suspicion, eventually you'll have to invest actions (and possibly money if going for laudanum) to lower it, making it on par, at best, with Contract: a Worryingly Large Rat.
