It now costs up to 200 Candles and doesn't give any items. Scandal reduction is same.

Other branches on storylet also cost 2 Echoes to play and don't give any echoes back. For some reason they didn't update requirement for this branch specifically to be new cost so you can play it only for 50 Candles if you don't have more in inventory but I expect that will be fixed.

Chapel gives 2.5 reduction on avg. This one give 3 for 2(6 if buying candles) echoes. Would need 10EPA on average for this to be worth I think?
